Hi,

1. I am unable to increase the image display resolution for a single thumbnail displayed in a SP Easy Image Gallery category. I went to the component settings and increased the default thumbnail resolution but nothing changes.

2. Also, the Inner section continues to display a lower resolution than the placed image as shown in the attached screenshot.

In the attached screenshot you can compare the sharpness with the Boxed Layout image which is correct.

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

I thank you for your response.
I sent you a screenshot and explained the details of the problem.
The low resolution can be related to which additional setting for SP Easy Image Gallery thumbnails please?

Yours sincerely,

Hi,
I was hoping your site URL as this is not a normal behavior I think.
Then I could look into the inner section/container issue by inspecting.

Best Regards

Thank you for your understanding but I prefer to keep the site address for the moment if I may.

If you do a test, you will see that the thumbnail displayed in a single column has a low resolution despite the fact that it is enlarged.

Another solution for me would be to be able to center the only album thumbnail of the category which, by default, is placed on the left.

Indeed, if I ask for one column in the category, then the image is huge and that's when the problem of resolution I mentioned arises.

A solution would be to ask for several columns but if I only have one image (album), then it is placed on the left. So I would have to put it in the center. Would a CSS class allow this or another solution?

Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Sincerely, best regards.
