Resolved I would like to use Font awesome 5

Hi Paul, sorry we are coming up again with this.

With fontawesome 5.11 there are now available 325 new icons and also a duotone version. We bought Fontawesome pro and using it on other websites but we are stuck for using it on joomshaper templates

We asked some developers and they refused to do it for some reasons.

We would like to know if in the future we will be able to use fontaweome 5.11 with this template or any other joomshaper template please.

I agree it would be great to have the option to disable FA from Helix Ultimate. I hope soon.

I can confirm two things:
1) SPPB Pro update 3.6.6 with FontAwsome 5.1x will be on Monday
2) Helix Update (next year) will add FA5, about switcher on-off probably too.

One question: we are using on other sites (and paid for) Fontawesome PRO version.

Hi Paul, while the Blessed Feast is over there is a new Fontawesome version: 6

and of course we preordered the PRO version https://fontawesome.com/6

We would like to be able to use the version 6 (in 51 days when it will be released) with our SP Page Builder Pro 3.7.3 but for the moment we would be happy to use the duotone icons with our Fontawesome 5 PRO version

I do not reccomend this but You can use FontAwesome 5 Pro by:
1. coping font awesome font files to administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/fonts and templates/Theme Name/fonts/
2. coping content of FontAwesome files: /css/all.min.css and /css/v4-shims.min.css to templates/theme name/css/font-awesome.min.css and administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/css/font-awesome-5.min.css
3. replace all occurences of "../webfonts/" to ../fonts/ because fontawesome uses dir webfonts and Joomla themes uses "fonts"
4. Download attached tile and put it into /administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/builder/settings/icon-font-awesome.php to use new font awesome icons list
