If I may...
If this was Flex template (from Aplikko) - ask template developer for update.
Their template(s) overwritten most of addons, not all use current code. People have many problem with them after update :(.

Thanks for your query. Could you please mention your template name? or make sure that this addon isn't overwritten in your active template.

Probably you have read template description before buying that sppb was used there. In that case - always ask template developer first.
