I'm really upset, on October 20 I make a payment of 59 dollars to renew my subscription for three months, I never get the subscription active, then I wrote a message for the chat and they told me I should send the email with the number of transaction etc, they said they would send an email the same day and I never receive anything and it happened 3 days ago and still nothing.? :(
