I posted a similar thread yesterday, I dont understand why support takes so long to answer my question.

The customer support is not very good in the slightest.
Waiting over a day for a reply is unacceptable.
I am just not getting along with Joomla as a whole and I am taking my business elsewhere. I NEED A REFUND.

This website is slow and takes forever to get any information, and the Helix template is buggy and I dont like it.
