Resolved I have to customize the template in a test domain (not the definitive)

Hi,
1) Is there any thing I have to do (before and afterwards) or just the usual joomla migration steps?
2) One of the integrated styles in the template is "navy blue" but I want it to be "indigo blue". Is there a way to do it easily or I have to change all the css and img?

I am already working on the customization of the template (i have managed to install the template without the demo data) and I do not find how to modify (or delete) the "View apps" (in the demo) 'nivo-caption' button.
