I get about 30 of these on my homepage (and the same on other pages) if I run https

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.domain.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://www.domain.com/modules/mod_sp_portfolio/assets/js/jquery.isotope.min.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.domain.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://www.domain.com/templates/shaper_appico/js/tools.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

How can I fix this problem with the template?

Hi there,

Did you install SSL certificate on your site to run it via HTTPS protocol? If you did install it, is your SSL certificate configured and did you set Joomla to run your whole web site under SSL protocol?

Yes, SSL is installed. Administration works fine, but main website does not.

The site cannot be forced to use SSL because of joomla's too-many-web-redirect issues.

Hi Jeff,
Jeff Rozar wrote: The site cannot be forced to use SSL because of joomla's too-many-web-redirect issues.
I run one of my projects with the "Force SSL" set to "Entire site" and face no "Mixed content" errors on it. I suggest you test a clone of your web-site somewhere in a sub-folder, setting "Force SSL" to "Entire site" and see if those error messages keep popping up.

Please be mindful to the fact that SSL layer belongs to your Joomla system, not our products, hence its support is outside of the scope of our support. Forums at Joomla.org will be your best port of call.

Another idea you may want to consider would be to force your entire web site to work under SSL and re-write your redirects, just to keep the things simple.

Alex

NEED HELP

Revisiting this issue. I paid for support so this can get fixed. Here is the issue, which Maven Pro font comes only from C:\xampp\htdocs\templates\shaper_appico\css\template.css:

These are coming when View Page Source from Chrome:

#1 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.domain.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Maven+Pro:400,700,500,900'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

#2 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.domain.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://www.domain.com/modules/mod_sp_portfolio/assets/css/slimbox2.css'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

I can run https in Joomla Administrator with no issues.
