Resolved How to put one image it background in a layer?

Having created a row and having named it,I created a class sécifique: "sp-feature-3-wrapper" and I indicated in the file custom.css, the following code:

background: url(images/Lesmatelles-2/Slides/slide-header/Carousel-actif/Slide-publication.jpg) no-repeat center fixed !important;
margin: 0 !important;
padding: 5px !important;
}</code>
Regrettably, it is not taken into account in the template.
Have you a solution to be proposed to me?

Thanks for your pm. Please add this css into custom.css file.

  background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) url("images/Lesmatelles-2/Slides/slide-header/Carousel-actif/Slide-publication.jpg") repeat fixed center center / cover ;

  background-repeat: no-repeat;

}

Thank you very much for your answer and the good rectifications to be made.
As you showed it to me, I modified the index.php file to call the file custom.css and indicated the voucher css to put the image background.

I think that my question is going to be soon able to be solved. But the result is not still positive.
The file custom.css is taken into account well but the image does not take care. I have a message (with Firebug) indicating me that " the image cannot be be loaded " (see the file jpg joined )
See you the reason?
