How can I create this nice Acymailing section, as in the attached image?

I am using the Hope template and SPPB Pro 3.x.

I have not installed the Quickstart, so I am building from scratch.

Thanks for your reply.

I followed the advise in the blog, but inserting the custom css in the custom css field in the addon does not have any effect. Is the blog too old, or is there something I am doing wrong?
