No buttons go to top in empire template
How can I add the Go To Top button to the site?

Hi,
You have two options:
1) Add custom code into template source code (not recommended)
2) Install a plugin with this feature, for example
https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/top-of-the-page/
OR
https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/skyline-scroll-to-top/
OR
https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/jt-scroll-to-top/
