Resolved Hikashop custom fields won't show up

Hello Joomshaper support team,

I'm using your Glamour template which is great but I guess it was not fully customized to Hikashop, particularly the payed versions.
In Hikashop Essential, we have the option to add custom fields to products. This fields should be automatically added to the product tabs, right after Description and Reviews. I've created a new custom field, published it and defined it to show in the front end but it won't show up where it should. Actually, it won't show at all.

Can you please attend this issue.

Hello Guy,

I am a bit confused as to what HikaShop version you are using with our Glamour template. Is it HikaShop Essential, which is free or is it one of the three paid HS versions?

Hello Alex,

I'm using Hikashop Essential which is the middle version for 49.95 Euro. The free version is HikaShop Starter.
In the Essential version there's an option to add custom fields to the product page and they should be added automatically to the product tabs.
You can see an example here:

This site was built using Hikashop Essential as well. Right after the product details (which is actually the default product description) there are many additional tabs - custom fields, which have been added properly. This is not the case in Glamour template. If I'm mistaken and this is a template feature then the fields should at list show up on my site somewhere, no?

Does your HikaShop custom field display when you switch from Glamour to Protostar or Beez3?
