Hello, everyone,
unfortunately we have not found a solution despite research.
We use the Helix3 Framework.
When we log in to the frontend, we can't edit blog posts either as author or admin or we don't get the buttons/icons for editing displayed.
Since editing is standard in Joomla, we assume that something has to be changed in Helix.
We are happy about every hint. Stephan

Hi,
Would you please explain your issue a bit more?
Have you created any menu for article creating from the frontend? Is your edit option missing there?
Actually blog pages can not be edited from front-end by default, as it comes from the core Joomla.

Best Regards

Hello,
we have created a category that will be displayed on the start page as a blog.
Individual users can log on to the frontend and create new posts that are assigned to the category. This also works so far.
Only these own posts cannot be edited in the frontend.
If a "Read more" has been added and the post is displayed in its entirety, the button for editing is also displayed (see appendix).
In other websites without Helix3 the processing in the frontend works fine.
In advance many thanks and greetings Stephan

If I get it right, by adding the 'read more' button, you are able to get the edit option too?
So, don't you want that read more button on your blog, please?

Hi, the read more button does not really make sense for short posts.
The question remains why the editing options are not displayed in the blog.
Thank you very much and greetings
