These are some of the suggestions for the Helix Ultima theme

After several years of use, these are my considerations during all those years developing with Helix.

Congratulations on this tool, I would love to have these options to make the development work even faster.

Here's my list:

- More header options like logo on the right, logo on the left, logo in the center ...
- More Offcanvas menu style options as in Helix 3
- Add an options selector to use the Offcanvas menu for Onepage sites (example: click on menu and close, scroll to anchor div, should also provide l use with mixed links ...)
- Add the ability to customize preloading, upload a custom image and, if possible, more settings such as custom animations ...
- Javascript, correcting the content jump by setting the sp-header at the top, I recommend using something like Helix 3 (div nav-placeholder)
- Javascript, Fix the menu only after the full scrolling of the sp-header height, or (sp-top + sp-header) need to be automatic as the height of the elements may differ from the desktop.
- Helix on mobile - Ability to change column order in mobile environment, as done in SP Page Builder
- Improve Layout Builder, at least as it is like Page Builder, as it is very limited at the moment, Example: Adding Lines in the same section, this is something basic that should exist.
- In / features / social, the whatsapp link is wrong and broken, it should work like this one generated here: https://www.convertte.com.br/gerador-link-whatsapp/
- Be able to disable the images tab in Joomla admin added by Helix plugin. This is important to clear administration when we do not use this tab in the project.
- Possibility to add in meta theme-color settings
- AMP compatible

- Possibility to add custom shapes (Shapes) in SP Page Builder, with upload option ...
- Error using interactions in SP Page Builder: When you have 2 addons in the same column, and both have active interactions, when trying to disable one of them, the frontend page has an error, and blocks all interactions present.

After several years of use, these are my considerations during all those years developing with Helix.

Congratulations on this tool, I would love to have these options to make the development work even faster.

Here's my list:

- More header options like logo on the right, logo on the left, logo in the center ...
- More Offcanvas menu style options as in Helix 3

I also agree with those suggestions especially with the AMP that I had forgotten to put.

anyways, we really like all the things you guys have been adding, besides some of the ongoing issues we have that we need to continue to work on.. we see one very bad bug right now with the update to SP Page Builder v3.6.3.

we use JCE Joomle Content Editor for our Text Block text editor, and right now, when we are on the "Code" tab, if we are outside of any tag, i.e. <p> or <a>, it would generate another <p> tag for each letter typed..

for example, typing in "this" in the Code Tab, would generate:
<p>t</p>
<p>h</p>
<p>i</p>
<p>s</p>

I have also reverted back to v3.6.2, and the bug does not exist - then I upgraded back to v3.6.3, and the bug came back.

Checking in with some feedback here. I would really be helpful to include within Helix Ultimate template settings the ability to:

1) Set default template width on desktop. The 1140px is too small on large monitors and constantly creating a mess of media queries is time consuming.

It would also be great to set default width for all Bootstrap 4 breakpoints. This is becoming more and more an apparent need as things like small 13" monitors are loading the same layout at a 28" etc. Having control over the XS, S, M, L, XL default widths will provide so much more flexibility on a case-by-case basis.

2) Inline with the widths themselves, it would solve many problems to also be able to define a default gutter width per break point. For example, 30px on mobile and tablet portrait is often way too much and wastes valuable space. On XL, especially content-rich sites, a default of more than 30px may assist in cleaner, less cluttered layouts.

Anyhow, there are a few other frameworks that allow these features in part or fully within the template manager. It reduces the amount of CSS file customization significantly and also makes for quick/powerful adjustments.

Also, please support the Microsoft UET tag (their version of Google Tag / Analytics) in the "Before Head" section of the Helix Ultimate custom code. Currently, it breaks on the front-end and the code itself appears above the header. This is with and without the script tag.

Sorry for additional reply. Another item seconded by others is improved performance in Google's speed and mobile compatibility list. I'd just run the scan on the Helix Ultimate template and work down the list of Google suggestions for improved performance. Any improvement is better than nothing.


Also, adding support for Font Awesome 5 would be great.

Sticky header options, for before scrolling (when page is loaded) and after scrolling down:


For each situation we should be able to define, for the header, logo and menu or off canvas menu toggler :


Solid color, image or transparent background (for before and after scrolling)

Specific Logo (that matches our needs for size or color against the background (for before and after scrolling)

Menu (normal) colors or off-canvas toggler colors (for before and after scrolling)

Header height (for before and after scrolling)



This is one of the things I (and many others) mostly feel lacking in helix template ...

There is a bug in media.php of Helix Ultimate :
in front-end edition, the Select button for intro/full images gives a 404 error (at least for sites using JCE)

Make it possible to connect your TTF or OTF fonts to the template.

Dear other options that would be good:

1.) That the template login could be configured to give it a more personalized touch as seen in this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zwM3f_M4Fws

2.) The off-canvas menu would come with more configuration options such as adding images, and that there would be an off-canvas module that comes with several styles to choose from in order to install in the templates something that we would not be limited to only styles that come in the template

3.) That the option for links not follow in all sections was enabled

4.) If possible that the css and java of the template and the sp builder already came compressed so that the site already came optimized and configure everything from the template.

1 - Today its really a problem mantain a news website with Sppagebuilder and helix ultimate, this two (component and template) dont have an option to show Joomla News dynamically, and show them in this way:

2 - The spectacular Moview + SP Movie database have a similar problem. They are created with the oldest versions of Helix in mind, and dont have a real aplication with eficiency in the new versions of Helix Ultimate or SP Pagebuilder.

3 - Integration with Stackideas products: Komento, Easydiscuss, Easysocial, Payplans, etc.

4 - When we use addons in SP Pagebuilder from another companies, in the icon list, if an addon have a similar name, we cant differenciate the "official" from joomshaper, and the addons of another companies.

5 - An addon to make imagemaps to improve the space. Can be good for many websites See Example

6 - When we see image options in sppagebuilder or helix ultimate, many times only add options for internal images. Please we need options to add images with Url directions for external sources, for example other of our websites.

7 - An addon to make Before / After. See Example

8 - In websites with data and numbers, this can be important. An addon with Charts. See Example

9 - An addon to make particles. A touch of art in many websites See Example

10 - The joomla team, today quietly release Joomla 4 - Beta 1, please Joomshaper, be prepared

it would be nice to have an "eyedropper" color picker to aid in choosing colors. By that I mean to be able to choose the exact color that is already on a page. It would be precise and fast and avoid having to type in a variety of numbers for the color codes. The best example I know of is how photoshop uses this to pick colors.

A quick request, but for me, it's important that we can:

- Add custom.scss to a template style.
- Add the ability to link to files off-site, e.g. via CDN when it comes to favicon/site logo/etc.
- Add rowid-custom.css if a row is enabled
- More flexibility/streamlined js delivery based on whether a feature is utlised. I don't need to load parallax for example, if I don't intend to use it. Google really doesn't like it.
- Better UTM support.


- FontAwesome 4 is old.
- Version of jQuery used is old too.

Add Anchor field to Location Items of the Open / Google Street Map Addon.

The achor field enables you to connect to the location items and highlighing a location.
By using the html anchor #loc1 within a Text Block addon, Raw Code, Clients etc addon.
You can create a listing of all the locations and create a anchor link to the Open Street Map addon.

So basically creating a listing of locations and being able to show the referenced location of each location item on the map addon.
Right now I have a text list of locations, but can't connect it to the map view.

By using anchors, you can even highlight multiple locations on the map addon by using just one anchor #loc2 in the text addon.

With ADA compliance becoming more and more important, especially from a legal perspective, it would be nice to see the ability to change the type of font sizing used; px, em or rem

Along the ADA compliance line, it would also be nice to add custom alt text for anything that uses an image.

Both of these would be nice additions to SP Page Builder as well.

From a layout perspective, it would be great if we could drag and drop custom column widths. Elementor Pro does this really well on the Wordpress side.

One more thing, this may be more SP Page Builder related but it would be really nice if the Article Add-on could pull images from the Joomla Intro image or make is so we can choose a folder to upload to for the Helix Blog Image. We like to keep all our images organized in folders.

These are the only thing i would like to see in Helix Ultimate:

(1) Make sure it is third-party extension compatible and in compliance to Joomla standards. It is frustrating when we have an addon called "Jooma Module" and when we set the Joomla module it does not work as expected. All because the Helix framework.
(2) Provide a easier and friendlier way to customize the color, fonts and size instead of hacking at the css code.

Easy way to change the width of the image and content of the addons Image Content and Image Layout.

Flex of sppb-col is now 50% for each width of image and content. This is hardly every needed.

You need to be able to change the width between image and content easily.

A simple pulldown with these options for the image width: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11
Image fits the to the size of the width.

When image is set to 3, content will be 9 automatically.

Load Row inside Joomla Position (left / right)

Please add the Row option Joomla Position to have that Row completely load within a Joomla position. This way you can make use of the Left and Right positions of the Joomla system, without the need to create extra modules. It would simply load that row there.

• I think the logo options are extremely limited and others have mentioned the need for getting logo in the middle, right or left. The other thing is also if you could introduce multiple sticky header options.
  

The other problem that I face is if the number of menu items increase then it spills into the next line and that looks ugly.

The menu with the logo in the center in Indigo looks good but creating three sets of menus is a nightmare - one for the right, one for the left and one offcanvas.

Some quickstarts are without images and this makes it so difficult to customize. Also, a lot of alignments, sizes don't look good in the mobile mode

Also, some of the sticky header effects work only if one downloads the quickstart package and works on it. These don't work if just the template is used.

Please please some Performance Upgrades.
Its all about Performance and fast Sites. If a Site is not fast, then Google don't likes it.
Is a Site not fast, conversation lost / customer lost.
We should not forget, that Joomla is much heavier then Wordpress by default. I often see blasting fast Websites, created with Wordpress, and similar Projects compared to Joomla no Chance :-)

Moreover:
jquery is old
font awesome aswell (maybe make some reduce here, font-awesome always heavy aswell.
Bootstrap nice but maybe have optional turn off possibility.
Helix Ultimate with SP Pagebuilder seems really heavy by default. Compare with other Pagebuilders, much faster :-(
Parallax turn off? I never used it. Its loaded on every Site.
You have 4 Breakpoints but only three in Tempalte Settings and Pagebuilder (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile)
But if you use Site you see (Large Desktop, Desktop, Tablet, Mobile) ... Makes no sense to me.
disable jquery Function...
Magnify Popup is loaded everywhere. No sense. I use on Popup on a Site, only once of the 40 Pages ....
Whats popper.min.js? Its loaded on each Site, i don't use it.

Please make more Performance tuning and optional things (on/ offs switches)

2) in my current build, I have two template styles (one for home page, the other for everything else) but I only see one of these styles in the template styles editor - unfortunately, the home page, which is very different from any other page.

EDIT: Template issue: I installed Regular Labs Advanced Template Manager (free version) and the problem went away without my doing anything else. RESOLVED (with this plugin)

I have read many feature requests that can be solved with a css line in helix ultimate custom.css.

Almost nobody creates a website or template that uses Boostrap's predefined style 100%.
My suggestion is to add Bootstrap in your .SCSS files to be able to use your mixis and functions in any Helix .SCSS file, the compilation can be in a single template.css file or in 2 bootstrap.css and template.css, but in this case template.css will weigh less.
I like Helix are the presets, but when you build a very large website or template in more than two colors it is too much work to have to write the same classes in theme.scss and presets.scss
A solution to this can be to compile master.scss in different files preset1.css, preset2.css, etc. within the presets folder, this is obtained by rewriting the value of the variables of the presets during the compilation process. When loading the page, template.css would no longer load but only presetNUMBER.css

These features would make it faster because it currently loads 3 template.css, bootstrap.css and presetNUMBER.css files. If this is implemented, only a single file would be loaded.

@Infini - that's not really a Helix Ultimate issue, but I agree. You can't duplicate them for some reason which can be a mega pain, and it's super clunky.

I read in the last update of SP Page Builder about an improvement of the "font loader".
Well I didn't had time to check. But what I wish generally for helix:

The possibility to 1x Click load & local embedding google fonts into the Helix templates.

It could solve the GDPR problem with google fonts immediately.

Now I have always to create custom.css modifications, searching and uploading the fonts from google... it takes unnecessary time away.

There were numerous times i have posted in here about the lack of standards and compliance but i was frequently told off by some developer. The offcanvas menu is not only terrible, the framework does not work with almost nearly all third-party extensions i have tried and i had to revert to the Joomla standard template.

I hope the poeple in Joomshaper are reading this and take this in a positive light. My biggest wish is for Joomshaper to ensure the Helix Ultimate framework is complaint and works well with other extensions which do they not provide e.g. forums. Additional disappointment i get is that they always introduce new addons into templates which will not work with any of their own other templates and is almost always never in the SPPB addons.

I am not posting this in the negative sense but definitely as a customer/user feedback at least for the new framework.

I think that all addons have to be included in Helix Ultimate. Even if there are some in other templates that are only included in it, they should still exist in Helix Ultimate.
It's also called "Ultimate" so this template should be able to do everything and be included in it.

Sometimes I am looking for parts of templates that are included in new templates. They always look great in the live preview! But when I look at blogs or layouts, I only find the standard. In the area of blogs and layouts, there simply have to be many more options.

It would be great if Helix Ultimate included all the tools out there. This is the only way to quickly create a perfect website without having to create the individual parts yourself.

Until then I will work with Helix 3.

I would like to see basic changes in the next dates. Soon two years after the appearance of the Helix Ultimate will be completed and it has not evolved much. Changes in header options and a nice mobile menu are really urgent to offer varied designs to customers. I love the Joomshaper ecosystem, but unfortunately, the limited variety of HU options is slowing down the use of SPPB.

I am sure everyone would like to know the roadmap you have for HU and see changes soon.

I really hope the people in Joomshaper and CEO are reading all this. Its a clear indication of the level appreciation users have - I mean on the downward path. There are numerous times in using the templates and SPPB from Joomshaper i nearly gave up and wanted to go back to building things myself, if not for the delivery urgency.

All that remains to be said is, if Joomshaper does not shape-up they will soon have to ship-out just like what happen to Fabrikar.com. They need to redo the entire framework and define a clear strategy in keeping in line with Joomla, Wordpress and Drupal standards. Its so sad that they develop a page builder that cannot effectively build pages with their own templates. I had to compromise in many instances because Joomshaper says "its not in their support level". Has anyone tried using a third-party module and implementing under the SPPB Joomla Module addon? It never worked in nearly all cases. So, i am still confused what the addon is for?

In my opinion and suggestion, there should only be one template and framework and SPPB addson must work well in this framework. And with great addons, they should be tested on the framework and delivered as Framework updates. SPPB should carry all addons and must be tested to work with the framework and also using Joomla's standard template/framework.

If Joomshaper is not going to deliver within the next 3 months, i am sure someone else will by that time. I am fishing already.

Hmm, I use lots of Joomla Modules within the Joomla Module add-on...

In truth, I find JoomShapers templates way less incompatible with other party extensions than other frameworks I've used. Not without issues, but less than I have with others.

Often now I tend to just use Helix Ultimate as the base and do the rest myself, I do agree a little that sometimes the custom addons and styling on the other templates tend to lead to more issues with other extensions, though it is not that often. J2Store is one I have issues with if the JoomShaper template supports it, though JS are not alone here, often template providers style only some parts of J2Store, so using a different app or setup within J2Store has display issues...using J2Store with Helix Ultiimate rarely has issues, if ever, it'sonly on templates which have J2Store styling in.

I purposely seek out and use JS-PB-based templates exclusively, I find PB Pro fantastic and it has radically changed my workflow processes for the better. I for one am not going to be looking elsewhere unless I am forced to.

I'd marginally agree on support - I have a ticket open now which has not been responded to with any solution, and it looks to be a specific JS template bug as the website in question has only got SPPB and JS template in use, nothing else. The forum system is good but also bad...it is way to easy to have your issue lost in the massive volume of posts. Many other companies I use for Joomla extensions use a ticket system for paid users, I'd like to see this on here.

Kunena is a pain, I now refuse to use it as the support is next to useless.

RS Forms I have never had issues with, it usually just needs the right BootStrap styling setting used (instead of HTML5, Ulkit etc.). I use RS Forms on dozens of JS/PB based sites without problem.

Well no, RS Forms specifically provide easy choices to select the type of framework to use for each form display. That isn't exactly an issue, and nothing to do with JoomShaper - it means you can use RS Forms with a selection of frameworks without issue.

Many extensions I use allow you to choose bootstrap 3 or 4 now, purposely to let them better support, without conflict, different template frameworks.

The 'solution delivery' is already delivered with RS Forms...

Really? Never ever had that issue with any JoomShaper template and I use them alot (over 150 websites using JS templates now)...I have only ever uploaded my own in the template settings, is this how you do it?

Only way I can think they get overwritten on updates is if you manually overwrite the template favicon file with your own - do it in the template settings and it should not ever be overwritten.

Bump. I was wondering the same thing upon updating to the most recent Helix.

We got some suggestions for the Blog Options, as we use the Gallery Option very often since it crops the Images automatically. So our Customers login through the Frontend and can add Images by themselves.

• Make Option to not keep the Original Image (customers often upload very large image files)
  
• Let the Customer choose the Thumbnail area (example: Customer uploads a Portrait of a person, helix generates the thumbnail from the middle, but it should be from the top in this case). So there should be a function to click on the Thumbnail after Image upload, and open a popup where you can choose the thumbnail area.

WebP images offer a great benefit for image compression and speed. Having a feature to serve WebP images would make the product current with the advancement.

YOOtheme Pro has this superior feature. They call it Next-gen Image Format. Completely agree with not using hard coded CSS for templates - some things like forcing mobile body font size in CSS? A really big pain as often this will not override in custom CSS even with !important.

Other templates have colours hard coded which again, takes lots of work to find out the exact CSS controlling certain things. I have for some templates, given up and used different ones, as there are just too many little settings in the coded CSS for colours that it gets utterly frustrating.

Saying that, I utterly love PageBuiler Pro and how it has changed my working processes - having used a different Jooml PageBuilder previously, PB is so much easier and better to work with.

Honestly, the Page Builder is a fantastic product. The real problems are these:

(1) Joomshaper wants to sell the subscriptions but on most instance of a problem the constant reply we get are that they dont support any fix or its just not available.

(2) They try to be complete in their documentation but fail as it in nearly all cases its incomplete and gives no real help.

(3) In each of the templates and Helix Ultimate framework, the styles are not ever explained and if we need to change anyone we would need someone dedicated to work on it. Waste of valuable resouces. The worst is in the documentation for the add-ons in SPPB The Gantry 5 framework is well documented. I am now reviewing it.

(4) Nearly all third party extensions and modules never work with Helix framework. All the formatting go beserk. How do they expect us set up website solely dependent on their product? The worse is when their own component does not work in their own templates. Example? The login component has not been consistent in any of their templates. Answer i got: Its special feature in each template, sigh! Like what HDcms says, we are looking at the Gantry Framework.

(5) Releasing untested and inflexible products is their main problem. Makes me feel compliance and standards are not in their policies.


I really like to see a SPPB extension that will work with any framework or template from anywhere. A universal component is what i am looking for.

1. Better custom header options: Creating logo - menu - language switcher module
as a standard option.

2. Joomla article order option of Article Addon

3. Load SPPB pages addon; gives option to load other SPPB page by addon

4. Dynamic loading of content for Tabs and carousel Pro addon: only load content when being activated

5. Option to load Joomla content html and plug-ins with the Text Addon. Now it completely removes formatting.

6. Quick access to Custom CSS from SPPB pages overview.

7. Typography template settings with color and Text alignment options for each H1/6+custom.

8. MegaMenu Off-Canvas style options for:
- icon size, icon type, icon color, icon position, icon hover
- off canvas window text order styling options: background color, font size, parent&child sizes/color, position

9. Fix bug: Template>Basic>Social Icons; keeps displaying in Joomla content.

Looking at the list in this article, Joomshaper might as well dump the Helix Ultimate and SPPB and do a complete rewrite with lots of good attitude, strategic, standards and compliance.

no, it ins´t. You would have to play with absolute positioning and setting up the width. Or to make TWO right columns with different content. Or choose different framework

Some way of setting a row image background and allowing for mobile/tablet/desktop display settings of Fixed/Cover etc.

And/or a way of ensuring that on Apple devices not supporting parallax, that the image scales properly and doesn't just expand and lose the detail.

I think this is the biggest display issue my clients ask or 'complain' about, and trying to find a workable solution is sometimes impossible.

I'd also like a way to detect tablet as a device type so that even in landscape mode, the device picks up the mobile site version - I hit this today where the client has an iPad - in landscape mode, it shows the desktop site. Always interesting to see such different experiences - with over 130 PageBuilder/Helix websites, I have never ever had the same client problems as this with OffCanvas

1 - Today its really a problem mantain a news website with Sppagebuilder and helix ultimate, this two (component and template) dont have an option to show Joomla News dynamically, and show them in this way:

2 - The spectacular Moview + SP Movie database have a similar problem. They are created with the oldest versions of Helix in mind, and dont have a real aplication with eficiency in the new versions of Helix Ultimate or SP Pagebuilder.

3 - Integration with Stackideas products: Komento, Easydiscuss, Easysocial, Payplans, etc.

4 - When we use addons in SP Pagebuilder from another companies, in the icon list, if an addon have a similar name, we cant differenciate the "official" from joomshaper, and the addons of another companies.

5 - An addon to make imagemaps to improve the space. Can be good for many websites See Example

6 - When we see image options in sppagebuilder or helix ultimate, many times only add options for internal images. Please we need options to add images with Url directions for external sources, for example other of our websites.

7 - An addon to make Before / After. See Example

8 - In websites with data and numbers, this can be important. An addon with Charts. See Example

9 - An addon to make particles. A touch of art in many websites See Example

10 - The joomla team, today quietly release Joomla 4 - Beta 1, please Joomshaper, be prepared

• Module header layout option to set it on not pinned on the top. For example when on mobile, scrolling down, maybe automatically move it to the bottom.
  
• Ability to choose from different header, menu or even mega menu layouts. Similar like the color choices.
  
• Ability to have a mobile footer at the bottom just like the header. (Stackideas already has this in their template).
  
• When there is a mobile footer, the ability to integrate a menu for community builder, stackideas extentions, joomdev, jomsocial, easy-profile. I know there is Joomforest Mobile Pro or other mobile addon. But I prefer to stay true with JoomShaper.

This exactly - it is becoming more and more important I feel, that we can do this. I thought initially that hiding a row etc. from mobile did this, however it doesn't - setting different images this way adds to page load because all devices load all content even if hidden from that device type.

I'd also love to see a fix/option to address parallax not working on iOS devices - rather than do the above and have a row for mobile with no parallax, another for desktop, this would be excellent. Perhaps a tick box to say 'Parallax on Mobile/Desktop/Tablet - Yes/No' for each type. I believe this can be done with CSS so possibly one to add to PB?

Seems its a bug as, i setup the quick start of helixultimate package, worked everything fine, then i went to upgrade pagebuilder to pro current version. Since i installed the quick start of helixultimate package there was 4 pages already, i went to edit one of page which is still dont have the pro version like disable row.Even i cant import page template. Please help.

I agree with the header options available in Joomshaper are very limited. Not only that, it is very difficult to manage, customize and there is a lack of documentation.

Indeed, Helix and Yootheme are different products aimed at different audiences. Helix is free? Yes, but Helix powers the purchase of Page Builder, I cannot conceive one product without the other. Helix will surely be very good in the future, in fact I have some very good web made with it, but currently it is slow, not very versatile and not very flexible.
They are constructive opinions, I like the ecosystem, but I do not know if I will have patience to wait and renew. The development roadmap is uncertain, one year? Two more years? I have to respond to my clients and this uncertainty in the roadmap is a big risk that makes me think about things.

I could not say it better myself. There is much potential in the framework but it has become too costly to consider utilizing for new projects. The cumulative time and soft costs like payroll needed to continually chase bugs or work around limitations proves this too costly. And this is in addition to the license for SP Pagebuilder - which agrees goes in line with Helix.

Of late, my company has absorbed the cost of moving sites to another framework because I need to guarantee my clients stability for their businesses. The lack in committed roadmap here is a major stress point.

I appreciate new bundles and templates and whatever else. I’d prefer increases QA on existing products and a solid commitment to provide solutions to the recurring issues and insights provided by the community here.

I do hope to see progress soon and better commitment to testing for bugs before release. I’m anxious for the new Helix indeed.

Indeed, Helix and Yootheme are different products aimed at different audiences. Helix is free? Yes, but Helix powers the purchase of Page Builder, I cannot conceive one product without the other. Helix will surely be very good in the future, in fact I have some very good web made with it, but currently it is slow, not very versatile and not very flexible.
They are constructive opinions, I like the ecosystem, but I do not know if I will have patience to wait and renew. The development roadmap is uncertain, one year? Two more years? I have to respond to my clients and this uncertainty in the roadmap is a big risk that makes me think about things.

Expectt one/two years on Helix with any request/suggestion, maybe more. It is completly braked. You´ll get one/two templates every moth, but won´t get any other upgrade. Every template is buggy. Now, the Helix is a blind way, even using BT4. Try another way. Myself - using no more with any new project. Best regards.

I could not say it better myself. There is much potential in the framework but it has become too costly to consider utilizing for new projects. The cumulative time and soft costs like payroll needed to continually chase bugs or work around limitations proves this too costly. And this is in addition to the license for SP Pagebuilder - which agrees goes in line with Helix.

Thanx for Helix - it is a great Job you did. In the past i used a lot of templates, but since 2 years I use only Helix3 and now Helix Ultimate. I found a little bug

Bug in Blog: It is not possible to show only image and headline in Blogview. Hide Introtext (whether in article options nur in menuoptions) doesnt work.

I checked out the roadmap on the blog post and the one thing that's missing is my biggest single issue with the framework, an on-page GUI method for creating page styles. Unless I'm wrong, once you start creating page styles, which require new names, one-click updates are no longer possible? (I may be wrong about this - correct me if that's the case.) Otherwise, my other wishlist items are on the roadmap.

They should give more options for the menu in terms of style not only the one that comes by default, as well as in the blog styles so those functions are only part of the premium template, the same for the off-canvas menu. There still is a demand for .jpeg support in your media manager...this seems like a small detail but actually causes headaches when we have large sets of .jpeg files we have to go through and resave to .jpg. Thanks

Id like to see change in the following modules:

1) New mega menu let no chose. it's not possible to hide pictures and or dates of articles for exemple.
2) Also there. re not much choose, in pagebuilder, on how to display leading and intro articles in front end.
