Hello,

I recently purchased SP Pagebuilder Pro and I have the Helix Ultimate Template. All is working perfect except only on iPhones, the Home Page Main Image is too large and distorted. I see that some are using code to correct this.

What code do I use and how and where do I apply the code?

website is https://www.smfcyberspace.com

Sincerely,

Brent

But who added that hero image, hmm ? I know it wasn't in demo! Or it wasn't me.

----

On my eye it's Background image in Row settings, please check again, deeper !

Hi,
the best way would be to use separate Row with smaller image for mobile view only.
It doesn't make sense to use 2500px picture on iPhone7 with ~480px wide screen.

Each Row have "Responsive" settings.

----
Also do not use background-attachment fixed for mobile view, safari browser doesn't understand that css rule.
(Don't ask me why)

Hello,

I do not see anywhere on the Home Page in SP Pagebuilder to change the image to one of a smaller size.

Do you mean clone the Text Block Row and set it just to mobile? I can do this, but specifically how do I change/ set the home screen main image to a new one? I can't find that area.

Sincere Thanks,

Brent

Your main image is hero.jpg is used as ROW backgound, it means
that you have to create two separate Rows as I have written before.
One prepared for desktop/tablet and mobile only.

I unserstand how to duplicate the rows.

I do not know how to find where to change the hero image to something new. Could you provide directions/screenshot?

Much Thanks,

Brent

Thanks Paul for your assistance!

I am now having a new issue. When I try to log into the backend administrator of all 3 of my JoomShaper sites (Helix II, 3, and Ultimate), I am being sent directly to the front end.

Please Help!

1) We doesn't support Joomla issues.
2) Maybe you installed Akeeba Tools (or similar) and used access key/word to project admin area.
Templates cannot affect on login area.

3) Quick advice: Recover one of those sites (Helix3, HU) from backup and check again.

I created a new row as you said, and turned it on for just mobile. I then made a smaller hero image but still the same result. It is stretched on iPhones. Android it looks good.

Everything else looks great

Please help!

Try with different bg image settings.
I can test only on Android and Windows Mobile.
