The domain agenciasincro.com.br is not enabled on Clouflare. The SSL certificate used is cPanel automatic. And even then, I've tried the installation on other accounts / sites and have happened in all the same problems.

You have used the PHP 5.6 version & I have checked PHP 7.1.12 version. It works fine here. I would request you to upgrade the PHP version & check again.

Luiz Carlos, I was also with version 7.x of PHP and returned to 5.6 to test, so toufiq put this answer.

As a workaround I disabled mod_security by cPanel and managed to make the changes.
Now that we have made the changes I will enable it again, since mod_security must always be enabled for hosting security.

And I'm waiting for a solution from them that works with Helix Ultimate with mod_security enabled.

Como solução temporária desabilitei o mod_security pelo cPanel e consegui fazer as alterações.
Agora que fizemos as alterações vou habilitar novamente, pois o mod_security precisa estar sempre ativado para segurança da hospedagem.

E estou no aguardo de uma solução deles que funcione o Helix Ultimate com o mod_security habilitado.

Mod_security blocked the ajax request & that's why it doesn't work. If you want to work with Helix then you have to turn off the mod_security. No problem will be your server.

Hello, I really love SP Page Builder and the Helix Framework. But if to use the new versions I need to disable mod_security, I will have to abandon Joomshaper, because the security of my server / site is much more important than having something working but vulnerability to attacks.

I'm going to talk about my case, before having mod-security enabled I always had problems with attacks and after I enabled it, I never had any problems.

On Thursday the 11th I got a reply that the message had been sent to a technician.
On Friday the 12th I asked why there was no response from the technician and got the reply that the message had been forwarded to the technician.
10 hours later no reply had come from the technician.
6 hours ago I got a message that the technician would resolve the issue within a few hours (through the chat)
Still the issue is unresolved.
I have requested to know JoomShapers refund policy, but did not get an answer to that question.

I have the same problem, but when I use the original htaccess file that comes with joomla, then the page is blank. I have to add additional lines in htaccess to activate php7.1. pages works fine with it, but only saving template "yamas" is not possible. It works for all other templates I used so far from you. thank you for your support.

Everything is turnded off....I tried template arina....here I can change everything....but not the background-image for a row in layout builder...if I choose a picture it says again....something wrong try again....i can change a color but not a backgroud picture.

I d lik to have a backgroundimage for the template...maybe you can give me the code....the css customer I can save...in arino....but not in helix ultimate......on other websites it works perfect.....
