Resolved Helix Menu Item Giving Error

1) are you sure that you have Helix II, not Helix3?
2) In plugins check if you have "System - Extra Menu" - if yes, disable (!) then uninstall.

But if you have Helix3, please update the template and plugins to last stable version 2.5.6.
Or just Install template Helix3 - it will update all.

I have latest version of helix 2.5.6 and don't have extra menu.

Now seriously
1) What PHP you have?
2) Template full name?
3) System-->Global Configuration-->System > Errors > Max - see if you would see more error messages in admin area.

Helix II may not work with PHP 7.3 nor 7.2 because it's old template framework.

And you see those errors are from an extra installed by you extension, none of them is from JoomShaper. Some of them were prepared for old Joomla only.

Please fix at least problems with plugins. Maybe it's a source of menu problem.

I have disabled these plugins because that are not usable for us anymore but it is still not working

it has to be removed from the database, MySQL - quite simple using PHPMyAdmin.
