Resolved Helix menu in backend doesn't look as expected

Hi there

I installed the template "shaper_organic_life" in an existing website.

Why don't I see the Helix Megamenu as presented in this post? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAme45jfoa0, but like here in the screenshot:

What do I have to change?

Thank you for your question. The video tutorial is made for Helix Ultimate framework whereas Organic Life template uses Helix II framework. This is why you are seeing the difference.

There is nothing to be done. This is the older version of Helix.

Sorry to butt in on this thread but I am not sure how else to get the staffs attention.
I put a support request in on the 6th March on the Template.Oneclip forum and have got zero response.
I then resorted to the chat button on the site (which is set to email and suggests a response within a few hurs) to try and get some response but there too...no response.

Please can someone respond to my support ticket called
