Resolved Header menu fixed

Hello everybody,

i have an issue with this template, on the default homepage the menu bar follows the scroll of the page, but in any other page the menu bar is static and doesn't follow the scrolling. I want to make the default home menu locked like all other pages, without the scrolling funcion, how can i do that?

I'll add more details, in the first picture (1), menu is correct, static on each page with black background. In the second picture (2), the home page, menu scrolls with the page and has transparent background. I want to make the home menu static as the other pages.
