the visitor decides on the separate add-on "usercentrics" whether his data is sent to google, e.g. his IP to be sent (GDPR). If the visitor deactivates google-map, the map will not be displayed! however, the sppb gmap addon sends the data on to google.
Even in maintenance mode, before you have logged on to the frontend, data is sent to google, so before a page is loaded at all !!
