Resolved Front end forms and editors not responsive

Greetings.

K2 front end editor and EasyArticles front end editor are not responsive. it seems that the bloggani template is not loading bootstrap on the form/editor page? or perhaps jquery conflict? I tested this on a fresh bloggani quick start install and the same happens. Once I switch to the protostar template. front end editors work fine and are responsive on mobile devices.
