How can I add:
1) a timestamp (when user sent form)
2) that the user had accepted the Policy Checkbox
to the Email Body of the Form Builder?

Hi,
ad 1) PHP code customization is needed. But when you got a message you should see the date too. It's how e-mails work.

ad 2) You have to create a new check-box field, add form name into Mail Body, then disable default Private Policy.
I done it many times.

Well thanks for reply.
But my question was about timestamps. As requested: when user had sent the mails, not when the mail was delivered.
So its not about how e-mails work. I know how e-mails work.

ad 1) My answer is still valid, hire php developer to edit site.php from form builder addon.
