Resolved Favicons missing

The favicons are missing in both frontend and backend on my site after I installed Shaper Simplicity II template. I have verified icons are present, I cleared cache, etc.

Can anyone help?

Running Joomla 2.5.4

Please put image in two places :

Images are already in both places, I can see them in the directories, but not on the site.
