the answer is simple because you have a problem with overridden addons only, they are from the template folder. To be honest, You are not first and probably not last who has this problem.

So Aplikko won't fix it. They just refused and instead offered a refund of the template.

Secondly, I was working in SP Page builder when this happened. No Installation of Add was in progress or had been done for a while. So I am not sure how you can say it is an add on overwrite issue.

Change template, for example, our Helix Ultimate, free advice.
And everything would be OK.

Addons inside Apikko template weren't updated for a long time, they use old code, probably not fully ready for J3.9.20 and SPPB 3x. That's why.

I am pretty sure that you can install the Helix Ultimate template. We have over 100 successful installations every day. If somehow you cannot, try to install any other extension.

Install template, not quickstart. The package is 100% ok.
