Is it possible to use K2 for Edulif?

Thank you for your question. Yes, you can use K2 with SP Page Builder and Edulif is made with SP Page Builder.

BTW
But this template doesn't have K2 views override. So default K2 style would be used. Sometimes this is an advantage, not a disadvantage.
