Are you using the latest version of our image gallery? You can get it from here https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-extensions/sp-easyimagegallery
Please use the latest version and let me know if it helps.

Hi, yes I just downloaded it in March and it is still the latest version. Just tried again and installed component and module again today with latest version and still not working.

I got it now.When you use the gallery module multiple times in one page then the issue occurs. We also noticed that issue. We'll try to fix this in the next update. Till then you can just use the album list setting https://prnt.sc/j3amwy

I'm still waiting for the next update. The arrows still are not working and the album list setting is not suitable for the customer. Many negative feedbacks are coming in because of the not working arrows/navigation through the images and albums. Thank you for your quick update or let me know when you plan it.

Till then you can use the album list instead.

Hello, sorry for reviving this but it seems to be the same issue in a different context. I am using SP page builder with a carousel addon and I am trying to add an easy image gallery via the joomla module addon. I am experiencing the exact same behavior as the OP, navigation buttons not working and only clicking the image inside gets you to the next image.

I can see that the magnific-popup JS and CSS is included twice, but even after trying to remove the duplicates it still fails, so I guess there is some duplicate init code too. Any help?

Edit: After further investigation it seems a single click opens 2 modals instead of 1 and that causes the behavior, now to find out why...

Edit2: It seems this jscript is added twice by tmpl/album.php:

Thanks for your query. Actually this issue isn't identical to this post. You can create a new post in our forum regarding your issue. In the meantime you can check the followings:
1) Which template you are using?
2) Please check if there is any override in your template http://prntscr.com/m7ctrt. If so then please rename that folder and check again.
3) If there is any third party plugin is installed then disable that.
4) Make sure you are using all the latest version of the templates, joomla and pagebuilder. Also make sure your css and javascript isn't compressed from template settings.

If have the same problem now. Multiple Single Albums on a page navigation does not work.
