I would like to:
1) Disable the mouse hover effect on this featured boxes:
Beratung & Strategieplanung
Kampagnen-Management
Professionelle Produktoptmierung
Account Management
1-zu-1 Coaching
2) In the Mainmenu of the template, if you have an active menu-item or make a mouse-hover over the menu, the menu-item has an "unterline" animation.
Now it unterline the menu item like 30% of the whole word. How can we change it to 100% underline if active of hover?

now I just changed the color. But the "Click Cursor" effect is still there.
