I am trying to include "table" add on in the SP Page Builder Pro.
I would like to know whether I can customize the column widths rather than auto width

Hi,
yes, if you know CSS basics. It's still a basic HTML table which can be customized by custom CSS lines.

Grab Code Inspector (from your Firefox, Chrome) in your mouse hold and go ahead...

But when I add custom css code for my table, it will change all tables right?
I would like to know whether I can customize just a single table on my page.

Just add unique class name fo addon, and use this class name inside your custom CSS code,
it's basic CSS knowledge.

Besides each row and addon has unique ID name use it.
