Resolved Custom.css not working

I am using an sppagebuilder template called "shaper_hope"

I have used the browser inspector to identify css tags that I want to override in custom.css that is located here "templates/shaper_hope/css"

But when I add that custom css with desired colour etc changes and then save, nothing happens. Even when i create a css class in an addon or page section, nothing happens.

How do i get custom css to work?

Hello Moses,
For test purpose. Please use !important after your CSS value. For example,


#sp-header{

    background: red !important;

}

Hi,
custom.css file is OK, I can promise.
Probably something is wrong with your styles, sometimes small mistakes.

I have to see URL to tell more.
