I saw crux problem 2 time do you can check it please
1. install crux on hosting ipage and local hosting. The first time when finish install crux they show error coding and i try to update it but it can not work do you can print screen or document how to in stall and update it with out error of crux please because this first time for me to use template + virtuemart (I never use virtuemart before that's why i loss know how to install and configuration it)

2. In future around 2 years for joomla and virtuemart should update every week or not or only the first install crux

I can help you with the VM problems i think.
3rd image.
This is a Virtuemart security issue where you have to create a folder outside the public_html folder, if you follow this tutorial here it will help you clear this issue.

Again a virtuemart issue where because you are using the paypal sandbox it's just a warning telling you no actual emails will be sent because the transaction was not completed .
