Resolved create menu module - publish in created position - not stlying

I created a user menu and published it on position left on yamas and it works.
Now I created a new row and position in template editor and asigned user menu to new position, now there is NO styling for nothing. The same for joomla login module.

Please advice, this is very bsic stuff.
