Just wondering, is it okay to change "Designed by JoomShaper" to "Template by JoomShaper"..?

Regarding the copyright change asked here or its removal, for the developer version, the version I want to purchase to support a non-profit client, it states on the pricing page that you:

CAN Remove template copyright

CAN Remove extensions copyright

CAN NOT Remove code copyright

Specifically, is the code copyright something that is in written the php somewhere, but not displayed to the human visitor?

Please explain.

Also, if I have a client that wants to remove the code copyright, is there a license that allows this to happen?

Thank you.

Clear answer. Only developer member can remove back link from template. Others need to purchase copyright removal license from http://www.joomshaper.com/copyright-removal-license

Code copyright is invisible to the frontend.

I am considering the developer license, so I will not need to purchase the license you mention in your post just above.

That was not my question.

You did clarify that the code copyright is in the PHP and is not visible to the human visitor, as I expected.

I asked you before, forgive the repeated question, but I need an answer:

Is there a license that allows removal of the code copyright?

Thank you.

What is Code Copyright?
I could change the original copyright information from the Shaper-Simplicity-II template from "Copyright © 2011 Shaper Simplicity - II Demo. All Rights Reserved. Designed by JoomShaper
Powered by Joomla!. Valid XHTML and CSS
" to "Copyright © 2011 my-company-name All Rights Reserved." without purchasing the License removal tool.I have not yet launched the site and would like to know if I need to buy this License removal tool before I launch this site , as i am making a commercial site and also i have not purchased any club membership either. Also , if i leave the " Designed by JoomShaper" on the template , does that mean i can go ahead and use the template as i like without having to purchase anything?please clarify
