Resolved Contact from Template Floox doesn´t work

Hi, I've just tested contact it says "mail sent sucessfully" but I do not receive the mail.
The Problem is,,,, ..shaper_floox/sppagebuilder/addons/ajax_contact--> site.php...
if i delete this file (site.php) it work but the is the format incorect.

the check-box problem it's easy to fix, it was on forum few times.
