Resolved Contact Form Not Working HELP

Hi, my site http://www.customhomes.house has identical contact forms. Home page and under Realtor page. The email address is "[email protected]".
I can't make it work at all.
Please help, i'm receiving business inquiries and I have to have that contact form working fast.
