Resolved Component conflict

Hello, i'm using a component (Dj Classifieds) on a website based on Helix Ultimate; i have problems search module of this components, and their support told me is a conflict whit Helix Plugin
when i try to search by his module i get - 0 Call to undefined method JModuleHelper::getModuleById() -
(see attachment); can you help me?

my website is now offline, shoud i create you a super user account?

I think the superuser will not help please give me FTP access with Superuser.
