Resolved Chaotic Logo and Menu position on Smart phone and PC when resize browser.

Logo and menu position are incorrect when I try to my website on Asus Memo Pad ME172V 7.0" screen and iPhone 5 (Please see iPhone5 and Asus Memo Pad.png).
and I try to my website on my pc, when I resize browser (Please see PC.png).
It also same problem.

You just answer only this?

When will you online?
because my website nearly to complete, I must to know what will you do,
I don't want to re-do it again...

so please inform me when will you online I must to check side-effect also,

I waiting for this solution for 1 week ago.
when I can get solution?????
