Where can we change the <meta name="twitter:card"> please?

Hi,
In SP Page Builder > Options > Disable Twitter Card: Yes

If you have a better SEO tool, so just disable and install & use your own.

If you want to change the content of 3 basic OG tags, each page has "Options" > OpenGraph
