Resolved Cant get it to work

Am I missing something? How do I get it to work? I installed it as an extension and added it in pagebuilder via joomla modules. I made a test with 3 fields:

pre-text: test

1. input box
2. date picker
3. drop down list (ABC, DEF)

post-text
email: my email (is this where the email will be sent or is this the supposed email address of the customer?)

when i try to fill it up in the front end and press send, i dont get any confirmation and when i check my email, i dont recieve any mail from my site.

yes i did check spam in my inbox as well as "all mail". so the plug in doesnt notify if email was sent successful?
