Resolved Can not save media to database

hi, I have a problem. I am using the SOLIDRES component and when I try to add a property and upload photos, I see the following message

Can not save media to database.

Preventing me from continuing

Hi,
Please contact with Solidres developer, they have an open support forum.
It's not our product, we only installed it in QS.
