I bought a template because I want to use modular build for my webproject.
No I see that all stylings used in the demos are made by page builder.
No description what Addons each template supports and no snippets?
I dont understand. I bought template and I get demo pages made with page builder, where is the point?

Maybe you started wrong.
First, read, watch video on youtube, try SPPB on empty Joomla then ... next steps.
Sorry, I cannot help someone who see only the dark side of the moon.
Maybe find someone in your city who have experience with Page Builders, talk with him, try to understand how it works, how can be used etc..

Hmm, In Template manual, there is INFO that home page was build using addons.
All templates now are built using addons mostly. Layouts based on modules ...were used 4 years ago

So what does the template support? Tabs? Button Styles?
In my web project I integrate different components and need to place modules on different places.
Also I alter content just by useing modules.
I dont want to create 400 pages with page builder to create my content.
I believe your approache is only good for websites that use 4 pages (home page, services, about and contact).
Also you offer templates ONLY and option to buy together with page builder.
I ordered template only and get page builder (of course because your templates dont work stand alone).
They are all page builder layout bundles.
So again, what kind of blocks can I use with this template and where can I find documentation about styles?

You can use template even without SPPB, just use modules.
But I have to warn you, we do not have extra module class suffix, because mostly we used addons from SPPB.

If you talk about subpages titles, you can set it (with bg image) from menu item settings

honestly I am just not seeing the point why you sell this as a template.
You have a category called Layout Bundles. Why you dont put your "template" in there?
Totally nothing is supported.
