if you check this page https://www.hknoverseas.in/ where it says a background and there is an image on the left, this row has a margin below it before the other row starts, I don't understand why because I have checked everything and there is no margin or padding which has been set on that row or any of the columns inside that row

the problem was with the row below it, I remade that row (one with two images side by side as background) and it fixed the issue. Thanks.

Do you mean this part?

You have empty P tag in section sub title. Check it

what I see is that there is an extra container there for some reason

so I added a custom css for that class and made it display none which fixed it but this is not a method I would like to us.

.sppb-container {
display:none!important;
}

fixed it by changing the class again, now it seems to be working but again this is not the right way to go about it

.sppb-section-title.sppb-text-center {
display:none!important;
}

It's because the empty p tag inside.
Check out these fields. Perhaps there is an empty space.

Or just create a new section.
.sppb-section-title.sppb-text-center {
display:none!important;
}

This code is not a solution. It will break a lot of other things. Remove it.

If you want to apply the code to a separate section that it would not affect the rest, use an unique class as a parent.

I checked. If I add an empty space, I get the same as you.
