Resolved Bug in front-end editor?

In my other templates I can see numbers in slider element to control things like border radius, horizontal offset, etc. On this template it seems like the numbers are not there, see attached. Is this something in my configuration or is there a way to fix it? megafrontend.jpg

Hi there.

Thanks for your PM. It works fine in the settings. But, the fields are not looking good. It's not a problem with our extension. Page Builder resource cannot load properly in your hosting. Would you please check the file & folder permission?

Interesting. I don't have any trouble with any of the other sites with Joomshaper templates, but those are Helix Ultimate.

I checked in /templates/shaper_megadeal_ii/sppagebuilder

All folders are 0755
All files are 0644

Do those need to change, or should I look somewhere else?

I inspected the element in the frontend editor and it gave me this:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<' index.php:157

Could that have anything to do with it?

It works for me in Filezilla.

I get this warning (because it is in the staging folder I guess)

But I click OK, then it downloads fine:

I don't know what to tell you - it works fine for me using the login information I sent you.

Could the unknown certificate be what is preventing the download for you?

and let me know if it is something on my side that I can fix. I am desperately trying to get this site live and that one is the last blocker. (This one isn't so serious.)
