Resolved Bottom outside the background color

yes this is the section I'm talking about but on the website the red is higher than the black background.

In custom CSS please add

#sp-bottom > .container { top:0;}

I got it right with this finally
#sp-bottom > .container { top:-100px !important;}

I have another question. The sticky header don't seem to work. I turned on the option on the template basic tab but the header with my menu don't stay at the top when scrolling.
