Resolved Blank Screen when clicking on "Choose Image"

Hi there,
in backend when I click the choose Image button for example in feature box addon the Page Builder is returning a blank screen like screenshot attached. Can you please help me out whats wrong?

Using PHP 7.2
and Page Builder 3.7.2

I have also tried to reinstall the SPPB but still same issue. I also recognized that the frontend editing is not working. I have also disabled any addon overwrites. This issue must have come with any update of SPPB.

Hello.
I am having the same problem with Pagebuilder 3.7.2 and restora template. It was working well befre the last pagebuilder update but now when i try to add image addon on pagebuilder backend i get a blank page.

I have media_attr field in my db table.

Are you able to use Media from SP Page Builder (left column) in admin area?

I'm not sure what you mean. I create a row. I click on the Add New Addon icon in the row. The addons list appears. I click on Image (between Icons Group and Image Carousel. The screen goes blank. Same as
Athena Maliora's post above.

Does this with the following Addons:

  • Image
  • Image Content
  • Image Layouts
  • Image Overlay

During my today tests:
SPPB Media - upload, browse images - OK
Row Background image options - OK
Addons: Image, FeatureBox, Image Carousel, Image Content - OK

you can check my page ID 135 "Test Images"

I see. What browser are you using? I've been using Microsoft Edge, which is based on Chromium. That makes me think that Chrome wouldn't work either.

Hi ,

I have similar problem using sp page builder.

When i DELETE THE existing picture with the link called

and save my own picture the homepage diplay becomes blank and white screen?

How to solve this?

About your problem probably in your database there is a missing line
which you have to add
