Resolved blank page with module enabled

Hello,
Buy Neo template (Shaper Neo - Joomla 2.5) to update the design of a website.

The problem is when once installed Helix and modules. When a module is active web page is blank.

You know why?

I got your PM.

You selected wrong data source K2 for News Show SP2.

I updated Joomla, News Show Sp2 and Helix System Plugin v.1.9.7.

Can you please tell me the procedure you tried? I mean what version of the plugin and which modules? Please be sure that NEO requires helix version 1.9.7
