Resolved Blank page website Awetive Template

Hi
We saved our client's site template shaper_awetive and that made the site with blank page.
In backend template page / Layout tab we received a lot of errors (attached image)

We made a search in Joomshaper forum and found a lot of solutions about our issue.
- Update a Helix plugin to latest version - Done!
- Update a Template to latest version - Done!

But our website still in blank page.
Any one please help us.

To begin with, could you please enable error reporting in your Joomla global configuration?

10 days and my website still off because this template doesn't work

We installed the JoomShape Quick install, who come with the K2 and Acymaling installed, I really don't know if have any connection between this componets but, we uninstalled that and the website came to life.

Now we will make a configurations in theme and test this.

Hi there,

K2 and AcyMailing don't crash our Awetive Quick Start, according to my testing. I suggest you also conduct some more Awetive/K2/AcyMailing testing, locally and remotely. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you need help with that.
