Is there a way to communicate with the billing department?
I sent an email (following copy) using your Contact Form (https://www.joomshaper.com/contact), it has been a week and no response!

During the Black Friday promotion, on 11/26/19, I purchased a Developer license for 1 year. However it created a new license, instead of extending my existing developer license. So now I have:
Developer license: Expires on: 27 November 2020
Developer license: Expires on: 30 March 2020

Please fix this and reply.
