Download Helix3 Quickstart
copy this file templates\shaper_helix3\features\footer.php
and upload here
templates\shaper_resort\features\footer.php

A small misunderstanding, in the Helix3 templates this was used, but only in some.
Unfortunately, this has not been added to Resort.

Hopefully, all templates based on Helix Ultimate has it by default
