Hi, how can the ask a question button attached to work without need the to login?

This login box it's directly from VirtueMart component features/settings,
it's not from our template override.
It means that you have to search answer on official virtuemart forum or its documentation.
As you know we are not a developer of this extension to deliver full support for it.

In VM settings you will find
