Resolved Any local 'portrait' images are rotated to landscape on upload.

Any 'portrait' images are being rotated on upload to display 'landscape'. See attachments showing local file correctly portrait oriented and display file incorrectly rotated.

Latest versions of Joomla and Easy Image Gallery are installed (see attached)
I've deleted and reinstalled the extensions with same result. Can you suggest how to resolve? Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your query. Please upload the exact image again. Unfortunately you've uploaded a rotated image there. http://caymanacademy.ky/images/speasyimagegallery/albums/6/images/dsc-0197_thumb.jpg
Please follow the steps:
1) Edit the image and rotate the image right way.
2) Then upload the image again

That'll solve the issue

Thanks. I had tried this already but rotating the images in Win10 (Photos) did not work. Now, after rotating images in Photoshop & reuploading this worked. Thanks. Please close and mark as solved.
