Are there instructions on how to use the animated menu as in the "OneClip - Agency" template in other templates (Helix Ultimate)

Thanks for your query!
There is no easy way to use it as they are from different frameworks, Oneclip made with Helix3.
You can do it if you can find the responsible CSS from the template.css file of the oneclip template then paste onto the custom.css file of Helix Ultimate.
Code customization is beyond our support policy!
